Let’s Take a Walk.

Forest and nature therapy in the form of gentle guided walks originated in Japan where it is known as “shinrin-yoku” (forest bathing).  Evidence based, the practice of slowing down and engaging the body’s senses has repeatedly shown measurable reductions in stress, lowered blood pressure, improved energy, and increases the body’s ability to fight disease.

Each person’s experience of taking a little walk will be unique to them and my job is to be a coach not a tour guide.
